Use TimeSpanParser.TryParse instead of ParseTimeSpan (#257)

The ParseTimeSpan method is not needed because we no longer use the
quirky (IMO) and long
`Parser.TryParseAsync(from).AsTask().GetAwaiter().GetResult()` to parse
TimeSpan
