Octol1ttle	c825848d7e	Split error logging events into separate files (#51) ... This PR splits `LoggingPreparationErrorEvent` and `ErrorLoggingPostExecutionEvent` classes into separate files and puts these files in a separate namespace: `Boyfriend.Commands.Events`.
